These egg nog baked oats are perfect for any breakfast or brunch, especially over the holidays! Using Trader Joe's O'Nog, this recipe is dairy-free but you can use any egg nog! Pat also recommends topping with cream cheese and a dusting of cinnamon sugar for a special sweet treat! Pat hopes you enjoy!

Ingredients

2 + 1/4 cups rolled oats
3 bananas
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of oat nog (can sub for regular oat milk or dairy free egg nog)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions

preheat oven to 375ºF
add all the dry ingredients to bowl
in a separate bowl mix together mashed bananas and remaining wet ingredients
add in dry ingredients and mix well
bake in an 8x8 pan for 45 minutes
let cool
optional (but highly recommended) top with cream cheese and a dusting of cinnamon sugar
enjoy!
