Ingredients

1 packet matzo ball mix
1 container Trader Joe's Mirepoix
1 carton chicken stock or broth
dash of onion salt
dash of garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Optional: shredded chicken

Directions

Prepare matzo balls according to package
Once matzo balls are made, add to chicken stock/broth in a pot
Add mirepoix vegetables and seasonings
Add shredded chicken (if using)
Heat until veggies are soft
Adjust spices to taste and enjoy!
