Homemade poke bowls are probably one of the easiest most tastiest meals you can make! It's extremely important that you use sushi grade fish which can be found at any Asian or specialty market. You can serve this fish over rice, salad, or even as tacos! Golden Hour hopes you enjoy!
1 lb sushi grade fish of choice (tuna or salmon, can adjust amount accordingly)
5-6 green onions
3-4 tablespoons coconut aminos
3-4 tablespoons sesame oil
Optional garnish: cilantro, crispy onion, seaweed salad, crushed red peppers, avocado, sesame seeds
Prepare fish by slicing into small pieces and add to a bowl
Add sesame oil and coconut aminos
Add green onion
Mix well, wrap with tin foil, and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes
Serve over rice, salad, or even tacos!
