
2 Ingredient Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup self rising flour (or you can add 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder to regular flour)
Pizza sauce or sauce of choice
Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of garlic spread
Toppings: mozzarella, pepperoni, fresh basil
Directions
Preheat oven at 350ºF
In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, self rising flour, and optional garlic spread dip until a ball forms
Spread onto greased parchment paper or silicone mat and onto a baking sheet
Form into a circle or desired shape of pizza
Dough will be sticky, don’t worry!
Place dough in oven for 18-20 minutes or until dough isn’t raw in the middle
You can flip the dough onto the other side a bake for another 5 minutes if you want to get the dough really crispy
Remove from oven and add toppings- sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc and place back in the oven until cheese is melted
Slice and enjoy!
