2 Ingredient Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup self rising flour (or you can add 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder to regular flour)

  • Pizza sauce or sauce of choice

  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of garlic spread

  • Toppings: mozzarella, pepperoni, fresh basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350ºF

  2. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, self rising flour, and optional garlic spread dip until a ball forms

  3. Spread onto greased parchment paper or silicone mat and onto a baking sheet

  4. Form into a circle or desired shape of pizza

  5. Dough will be sticky, don’t worry!

  6. Place dough in oven for 18-20 minutes or until dough isn’t raw in the middle

  7. You can flip the dough onto the other side a bake for another 5 minutes if you want to get the dough really crispy

  8. Remove from oven and add toppings- sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc and place back in the oven until cheese is melted

  9. Slice and enjoy!
