Pat loves to joke, laugh, and is always happy but this new recipe is no April Fools joke! This ahi tuna avocado boat takes 5 minutes to put together and is so yummy for a quick bite! Pat hopes you try this soon, you won't be disappointed!

ripe avocado
ahi tuna
black garlic
spring mix
yuzu hot sauce
peel avocado and remove pit
sprinkle black garlic over avocado (optional but delicious)
cut ahi into smaller bites and place inside avocado
serve over mixed greens
drizzle with yuzu sauce
enjoy!
