Air Fried Cacio e Pepe Ravioli
The cacio e pepe craze continues to sweep across the internet and Pat is so excited to share this brand new air fried cacio e pepe ravioli recipe with you! It's very simple and comes together quickly for those nights you just don't feel like spending hours in the kitchen! Pat recommends you serve it over a salad or dipped in marinara sauce!
1 package Cacio e Pepe Ravioli from Trader Joe's (any ravioli would work)
3/4 Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil spray
Make breading station with two beaten eggs in one bowl and the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper in the second bowl
Individually dip each ravioli in the egg mixture and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture
Spray breaded raviolis with olive oil spray
Air fry raviolis in batches at 380° for 5 to 10 minutes depending on your air fryer (cook until golden brown)
Sprinkle with Parmesan and extra cracked pepper while still warm
Serve with marinara or unexpected cheddar sauce or on top of a Caesar salad!
