Air Fried Turkey Meatballs with Spaghetti Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey 

  • 1 beaten egg 

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon onion salt 

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

  • 2 tablespoons half & half or milk 

  • Alfredo Sauce

  • 12 ounces of spaghetti 

  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

  • 2 tablespoons half & half

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl with hands until everything is well combined

  2. Use cookie or ice cream scoop to portion out meatballs

  3. Spray basket of air fryer with olive oil spray

  4. Cook meatballs in batches for 8 to 10 minutes at 400° until cooked through

  5. While meatballs cook, make spaghetti noodles according to package and in separate pot heat Alfredo sauce, half and half, Parmesan, and a pinch each of salt and pepper

  6. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water to mix into sauce

  7. Add meatballs and cooked pasta to sauce

  8. Serve with extra Parmesan and basil

  9. Enjoy!
