preheat oven to 425º
cut sweet potatoes into wedges
coat with avocado oil and ajika seasoning
roast in oven for 45 minutes, flipping half way through
meanwhile make yogurt dipping sauce: mix 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt with juice of lemon, garlic cloves and a generous shake of the ajika seasoning. Add more to taste
once the fries are done, dip in sauce
