
Apple + Brie Biscuit Bombs

Ingredients
- 2 mini Brie bites, cut into quarters
- 1 tube biscuit dough
- 3-4 tbsp. Granny Smith Apple and Calvados Fruit Spread
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Separate biscuits into 8 pieces. Divide 1 piece in half. Place about 1 tsp. fruit spread in the center of the bottom half, followed by a piece of Brie. Seal with the top biscuit piece, pinching the edges to seal. (Make sure you seal well so the jam doesn’t come seeping out during baking.) Place on the baking sheet. Repeat the process with remaining biscuits
Combine melted butter with thyme in a small dish. Brush over biscuit tops. Bake for 16-18 minutes, until golden brown
