Ingredients

  • 5 pounds apples (cored and diced). Any variety will work

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • ¼ cup water

Directions

    In an InstantPot

    1. Add all ingredients to your InstantPot and cook at high pressure for 15 minutes, quick release

    2. Take out cinnamon sticks and blend until smooth

    3. Turn on “Saute Less” and cook the apples down for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally

    4. Let cool and jar (can be saved in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks)

    5. Enjoy!

    In a Crock Pot

    1. Add apples and cinnamon sticks (no water) to crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours

    2. Take out cinnamon sticks and blend until smooth

    3. Cook on low for another hour or two until apple sauce is nice and thick

    4. Let cool and jar (can be saved in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks)

    5. Enjoy!
