Artichoke Antipasto Tuna Pasta Salad
Recipe by Trader Joe's List
- 8oz of your favorite pasta (I recommend spirals for this dish)
- 6 tablespoons Trader Joe's artichoke antipasto
- 1 can black olives
- 2 cans tuna with olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cook Pasta per directions and set aside.
- In a bowl mix together tuna, artichoke antipasto, lemon zest.
- Add Salt and pepper. Mix. Then add in lemon zest and lemon juice.
- In a large bowl add in pasta, black olives and then mix in tuna mixture.
