
Artichoke & Jalapeño Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon each salt, pepper, and garlic powder
1/2 cup Jalapeño & Artichoke Dip (about 2 tablespoons per chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Olive oil spray
Ravioli or tortellini for serving
Directions
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and place in baking dish sprayed with olive oil
Smooth jalapeño and artichoke dip over tops of chicken breasts
Sprinkle with mozzarella and then Parmesan cheese
Bake at 400° for about 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through
Serve with ravioli or tortellini and drizzle extra sauce from pan over pasta
