 
        Artichoke & Jalapeño Chicken
 
          Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts 
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt, pepper, and garlic powder 
- 1/2 cup Jalapeño & Artichoke Dip (about 2 tablespoons per chicken breast 
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan 
- Olive oil spray 
- Ravioli or tortellini for serving 
Directions
- Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and place in baking dish sprayed with olive oil 
- Smooth jalapeño and artichoke dip over tops of chicken breasts 
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and then Parmesan cheese 
- Bake at 400° for about 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through
