
Arugula Kale Pesto

Ingredients
2 cups chopped kale
1 large handful arugula
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp tahini
to taste: salt & pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until ingredients start to combine
When ingredients start to combine, add 1/4 cup warm water
Blend until fully combined and desired consistency is achieved
Serve with your favorite pasta!
