Arugula Kale Pesto

Ingredients
- 2c chopped kale
- 1large handful arugula
- 1/4c olive oil
- 1/4c parmesan (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
- 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1tbsp tahini
- to taste: salt & pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until ingredients start to combine. you may have to scrape down the sides! when ingredients start to combine, add 1/4c warm water. Blend until fully combined and desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve with your favorite pasta!
