Ingredients

  • 2c chopped kale
  • 1large handful arugula
  • 1/4c olive oil
  • 1/4c parmesan (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1tbsp tahini
  • to taste: salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until ingredients start to combine. you may have to scrape down the sides! when ingredients start to combine, add 1/4c warm water. Blend until fully combined and desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Serve with your favorite pasta!
