In a small mixing bowl, stir together egg and cheeses with a fork. Set aside
Cook ravioli according to package instructions, drain and add to a large mixing bowl. Set aside to cool
Heat butter in a large skillet and add garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, until garlic becomes fragrant. Add wine to pan and let wine cook down until reduced to half
Combine cooked ravioli and cheese mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Add into skillet with garlic wine sauce and stir to combine
