Heat thin corn tortillas on a frying pan
Optional: spread a thin layer of zesty refried beans on the tortilla
Add your favorite taco mixture, a few dashes of hot sauce, top with a pinch of shredded cheddar and fold
Spray with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with a little Trader Joe's seasoning salt
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes flipping once half way until tortillas are crispy
Serve with shredded romaine, sour cream, cilantro, lime, and guacamole
