Baked Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas

  • Shredded chicken

  • Refried beans

  • Hot sauce

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Sides: shredded romaine, sour cream, cilantro, lime, and guacamole

Directions

  1. Heat thin corn tortillas on a frying pan

  2. Optional: spread a thin layer of zesty refried beans on the tortilla

  3. Add your favorite taco mixture, a few dashes of hot sauce, top with a pinch of shredded cheddar and fold

  4. Spray with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with a little Trader Joe's seasoning salt

  5. Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes flipping once half way until tortillas are crispy

  6. Serve with shredded romaine, sour cream, cilantro, lime, and guacamole
