Ingredients

  • 2 tsp maple butter, separated

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1 Pear

Directions

  1. Slice pears in half lengthwise and use a spoon to hollow out the core. Cut a ‘V’ into the bottom of the pear to remove the woody knob

  2. Set into baking dish and place 1 tsp of maple butter into the hollow core of each pear half

  3. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon

  4. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes

  5. Rest for 5 minutes

  6. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
