Slice pears in half lengthwise and use a spoon to hollow out the core. Cut a ‘V’ into the bottom of the pear to remove the woody knob
Set into baking dish and place 1 tsp of maple butter into the hollow core of each pear half
Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon
Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes
Rest for 5 minutes
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
