Ingredients

1 package Trader Joe's Beef Birria
1 bag Trader Joe's Handsome Cut Fries (can sub any fries/make from scratch)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Diced yellow onion
Toppings: pico de gallo, guacamole, avocado, cilantro, lime

Directions

Prepare beef birria according to package instructions
Place fries in air fryer for 15 mins at 350ºF or until crispy
On a plate or serving dish, spread out fries and top with cheese
Spread birria on top of cheese covering the entire area of the fries
Top with pico de gallo, guacamole, avocado, cilantro & lime
Enjoy!
