Ingredients: 1-2 Trader Joe’s Middle Eastern Style Kebabs; 1 Pita Bread; 4 tbsp tzatziki sauce; 1/3 cup shredded romaine lettuce; 4-5 slices Persian cucumber; 1/2 tomato, cut into wedges; Sliced red onion to taste; Crumbled feta cheese for garnish

This recipe comes together quickly, is full of flavor, and is a perfect dish to have for lunch or dinner! Pat the Spatula hopes you enjoy!

Ingredients

1-2 Trader Joe’s Middle Eastern Style Kebabs
1 Pita Bread
4 tbsp tzatziki sauce
1/3 cup shredded romaine lettuce
4-5 slices Persian cucumber
1/2 tomato, cut into wedges
Sliced red onion to taste
Crumbled feta cheese for garnish

Directions

Cook beef kebabs according to package directions and warm pita bread in the oven @ 350ºF for 10 minutes
Assemble gyro by spreading tzatziki sauce over bread and lettuce over top
Place beef kebabs in the center of the pita bread and layer cucumber, tomato and onion on both sides of the kebab(s)
Garnish gyro with feta and fold the sides of the pita bread over the kebabs
Eat gyro like a taco and enjoy
