Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

  • Juice of one lime

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/4 cup red onion

  • Pinch of salt & pepper

  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeño juice

  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños

  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves

  • 1 jalapeño (remove seeds and membranes for less heat)

Directions

  1. Chop onion, garlic, and jalapeño into smaller chunks (no need to dice)

  2. Throw all ingredients in the blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until your desired consistency

  3. Taste and add salt/pepper as needed

  4. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips

  5. Enjoy!
