
Blistered Shishito Peppers

Ingredients
1/2 lb shishito peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lime
1 pinch of salt
Directions
Wash and pat dry the shishito peppers
Put the oil in a skillet over medium heat
When the oil is heated, add the shishito peppers
Cook for a few minutes until the peppers have blistered, while stirring frequently
Transfer the peppers to a plate, squeeze on half a lime, and sprinkle on the salt
