Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shishito peppers

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Wash and pat dry the shishito peppers

  2. Put the oil in a skillet over medium heat

  3. When the oil is heated, add the shishito peppers

  4. Cook for a few minutes until the peppers have blistered, while stirring frequently

  5. Transfer the peppers to a plate, squeeze on half a lime, and sprinkle on the salt

  6. Enjoy!
