
Blue Cheese & Pear Crostini

Ingredients
1 French Baguette
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup Blue Cheese & Pecan Dip
1 pear, thinly sliced
Honey, for drizzle
1/2 oz. chopped pecans
Optional garnish: fresh thyme
Directions
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Slice baguette into slices about 1/2 inch thick
Brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake until light golden brown, 8-10 minutes
Top each slice with the blue cheese dip and a slice of pear
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pecans
Finish with fresh thyme, if using
