Bruschetta Chicken Sausage

Ingredients

• 1 Package Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausages

• 1 Package Brioche or Regular Hot Dog Buns

• 1-2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella, Fontina or Both

• 1-3 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Diced

Bruschetta

• 1 12-16oz Package of Cherry Tomatoes

• 1-2  Cloves of Garlic, Diced

• 1 Small Shallot, Diced

• 1-2 Tablespoons Sundried Tomatoes with the oil

• 1-3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar Syrup, to taste

• Honey, to taste

• Salt & Pepper, to taste
