Pat is doing the Brussels sprouts truffle shuffle all across the kitchen with this new salad recipe! It's super simple and uses Pat's favorite Vegan Caesar Dressing from Trader Joe's. Don't forget the truffle cheese bites, truffle seasoning, and to dance!

Ingredients

Shredded Brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing (Pat thinks the Vegan Caesar from Trader Joe’s is the best!)
Handful of Trader Joe’s Oven Baked Cheese Bites with Black Summer Truffle

Directions

Combine Brussels sprouts and dressing until evenly coated
Crush cheese bites
Top the dressed Brussels sprouts with cheese bites and top with pepper and truffle powder
Enjoy!
