Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Brussels sprouts, halved

  • Olive oil spray
  • Fresh lemon

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Green Goddess Dip

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayo

  • 1 tablespoon half and half or milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Trader Joe's Green Goddess Seasoning (can sub ranch seasoning)

  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives (optional)

Directions

  1. Trim brussels sprouts in half. Place in steamer and allow sprouts to steam until just shy of fully cooked. I used the steam setting on my microwave and cooked for about three minutes. You do you want them tender but still with a little bite

  2. Place sprouts on plate spread evenly. Spray with olive oil spray, squeeze half a lemon over them, and season with salt and pepper

  3. While sprouts steam, make green goddess dressing by whisking all ingredients together. Set in fridge until ready to serve

  4. Cook in air fryer on high heat for about five minutes until sprouts get crispy. Shake air fryer basket half way through

  5. Finish with a little more flaky salt and serve with green goddess dip!
