Buffalo Chicken Biscuit Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Buffalo style chicken dip

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 tbsp celery, diced 

Directions

  1. Open buttermilk biscuits and separate into 8 pieces. Place biscuits onto baking sheet and prep by flattening biscuit dough with fingertips into 3-inch circles

  2. In the center of each biscuit round, place 1 tbsp Buffalo style chicken dip, then 1/2 tbsp cheese and ~1 tsp celery

  3. Pinch the biscuit sides together over the filling to create a ball. Set the biscuit ball seam side down on a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat

  4. Bake in oven @ 350ºF degrees for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Remove from oven

  5. Serve warm alongside Ranch dipping sauce
