Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips (thicker chips because they hold a lot of toppings!)

  • 16 oz cooked shedded chicken

  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing

  • 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce

  • 8 oz shredded Mexican Blend cheese

  • 3 green onions diced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

  2. Combine the chicken, ranch dressing, and wing sauce

  3. Lay tortilla chips out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  4. Top chips with chicken mixture followed by half of the diced green onions
  5. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly

  6. Top with the remaining green onions, and a drizzle of more wing sauce and ranch dressing

  7. Enjoy!
