Buffalo Ranch Chicken Flatbread

Directions

1. Rest pizza dough on a lightly floured surface for 30 minutes

2. Flatten and shape dough and transfer to a pan. Pre-bake dough in oven at 450º for 10 minutes

3. Coat chicken with buffalo sauce and set aside

4. Prepare flatbread by brushing pizza dough edges with olive oil. Next, spread ranch dressing over pizza dough and top with Buffalo chicken. Cover chicken with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Top with Gorgonzola

5. Spread red onions over flatbread and bake in the oven or on the grill until cheese has melted

6. Garnish with green onions, slice, serve, and enjoy!
