Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
- 1 onion, diced
- potatoes, diced
- shredded lettuce
- tomato, diced
- pickles, diced
- shredded cheddar
- ⅓ cup mayo
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- ¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions
Dice potatoes & drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & paprika
Air fry potatoes at 390 for 20-24 minutes, flipping halfway through
In a pan, brown ground beef over medium heat. Once almost brown, add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & paprika. Finish cooking & remove
In the same pan, add in 2 tbsp butter, melt & then add in onions & caramelize
Combine ingredients for burger sauce in a bowl. Whisk together
In a bowl, spoon cooked potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions & ground beef. Top with shredded cheddar and burger sauce & optional jalapenos
