Ingredients

    Burger Bowl

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
  • 1 onion, diced
  • potatoes, diced
  • shredded lettuce
  • tomato, diced
  • pickles, diced
  • shredded cheddar
  • Burger Sauce

  • ⅓ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dill relish
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Dice potatoes & drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & paprika

  2. Air fry potatoes at 390 for 20-24 minutes, flipping halfway through

  3. In a pan, brown ground beef over medium heat. Once almost brown, add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & paprika. Finish cooking & remove

  4. In the same pan, add in 2 tbsp butter, melt & then add in onions & caramelize

  5. Combine ingredients for burger sauce in a bowl. Whisk together

  6. In a bowl, spoon cooked potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions & ground beef. Top with shredded cheddar and burger sauce & optional jalapenos

  7. Serve & enjoy!
