Butternut Squash Ravioli With Sage Butter Sauce
This recipe is lovely and very simple. Basically you make a brown butter which goes well with the sweet earthiness of the squash ravioli. I did not have walnuts, but I did have trail mix with walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds (I picked out the fruit bits) and toasted those. Finished with some Parmesan on top. Yum!
