Butternut Squash Ravioli With Sage Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Trader Joe’s Butternut Squash Ravioli, cooked according to package instructions

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4-5 sage leaves

  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts

  • Pinch of nutmeg

  • Salt to taste, if butter is unsalted

Directions

  1. Toast your walnuts by adding them to a skillet over medium heat

  2. Let cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally

  3. Remove from heat and set aside

  4. Add butter to the skillet over medium heat

  5. Add nutmeg and salt

  6. Once melted add your sage leaves and stir in the butter

  7. Let cook for about 3 minutes

  8. Remove leaves and chop into smaller pieces

  9. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet with butter and toss

  10. Add back in the sage leaves and walnuts

  11. Serve and enjoy!
