Carolina Gold Crispy Chicken

Directions

1. In a food processor or blender, pour chips and grind until they resemble breadcrumbs. You can also manually do this by placing chips in a Ziploc bag and crushing with a heavy object

2. Whisk eggs in a shallow dish

3. Pat chicken dry and dredge through egg wash to breadcrumbs until all sides are covered

4. Place in air fryer at 390º for 14-15 minutes until cooked

5. Dunk in your favorite dipping sauces- Flippin' Pat recommends ranch! Enjoy!
