Ingredients

  • 1 package firm tofu

  • 1 container of stir fry vegetables

  • 1 bag of shredded cabbage

  • Rice noodles

  • Carrot Ginger miso dressing

Directions

  1. In a large pan over low-medium heat, add a drizzle of oil. Add stir fry vegetables and shredded cabbage and sautée

  2. Press tofu to get out the excess water and then slice into desired size

  3. Add tofu to a bowl and season with whatever you like (Pat likes minced garlic, fresh ginger, umami seasoning, salt, & pepper

  4. Add some oil to a pan and cook tofu until crispy

  5. Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions

  6. Add everything to a large bowl and toss with carrot ginger miso dressing

  7. Enjoy!
