Cheesy Beefy Mac
Ingredients
1/2 lb uncooked Italian macaroni
Olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 container White Queso Dip
1 jar Cowboy Caviar
Directions
In a large pot, cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside
In the same pot, sauté onion in olive oil over medium-high heat until slightly soft, about 3 minutes
Add ground beef and salt and pepper to taste
Stir until beef is cooked, 5-6 more minutes
Reduce heat to medium low. Add cooked pasta back to the pot with queso and cowboy caviar and stir until mixed
Serve and enjoy!
