Cheesy Beefy Mac

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb uncooked Italian macaroni

  • Olive oil

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 container White Queso Dip

  • 1 jar Cowboy Caviar

Directions

  1. In a large pot, cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside

  2. In the same pot, sauté onion in olive oil over medium-high heat until slightly soft, about 3 minutes

  3. Add ground beef and salt and pepper to taste

  4. Stir until beef is cooked, 5-6 more minutes

  5. Reduce heat to medium low. Add cooked pasta back to the pot with queso and cowboy caviar and stir until mixed

  6. Serve and enjoy!
