
Cheesy Caprese Dip

Ingredients
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped basil, plus more for topping
1 1/4 cups chopped tomatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF
In a large bowl, mix sour cream, ricotta, seasonings, and both types of shredded cheese until well combined
Fold in basil, and transfer to a 11X7 or 8X8 baking dish
Evenly spread into the pan, and top with tomatoes
Bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Set oven to broil, and broil for 3-5 minutes, until cheese has lightly browned
Top with additional basil before serving
