Ingredients

  • 1 tube 8-count biscuits

  • 5 tbsp. butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp. parsley

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp. Aglio Olio Seasoning Blend

  • 1/8 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Directions

  1. Spray a 8 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350ºF

  2. Separate biscuits into 8 pieces, and cut into quarters

  3. In a big bowl, combine melted butter, Parmesan, parsley, and seasonings. Gently fold in biscuit pieces

  4. Transfer half of the coated biscuits to the loaf pan, in an even layer. Top with half of the mozzarella. Repeat with remaining biscuits and mozzarella

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking at the 20 minute mark. If the top looks like it’s getting dark, loosely cover with foil for the remaining time

  6. Serve with marinara and enjoy!
