Cheesy Pesto Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kale, Cashew, & Basil Pesto

  • 1 package cherry tomatoes

  • 1 can artichoke hearts

  • 1/4 cup chopped basil

  • 1 package Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Chicken Tenders

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF

  2. Spread pesto evenly in the bottom of a 11X7 baking dish

  3. Top with tomatoes, artichokes, and basil

  4. Nestle the chicken in the center of the dish

  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until chicken is cooked

  6. Increase temperature to broil. Top with cheese and broil until cheese is melted and browned, about 2 minutes

  7. Serve and enjoy!
