
Cheesy Pesto Chicken Bake

Ingredients
1/2 cup Kale, Cashew, & Basil Pesto
1 package cherry tomatoes
1 can artichoke hearts
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 package Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Chicken Tenders
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425ºF
Spread pesto evenly in the bottom of a 11X7 baking dish
Top with tomatoes, artichokes, and basil
Nestle the chicken in the center of the dish
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until chicken is cooked
Increase temperature to broil. Top with cheese and broil until cheese is melted and browned, about 2 minutes
