Chicken Caesar Salad

Directions

1. Prepare chicken and cook until not raw (can also use store bought rotisserie chicken)

2. Chop romaine and place in large serving bowl

Croutons

1. Slice bread into cubes

2. Spray liberally with avocado oil

3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and coat well

4. Place in air fryer for 5 minutes at 350º or until crispy

Caesar Dressing

1. In a bowl, place egg yolk

2. Add in olive oil and whisk well

3. Add in other ingredients and mix until combined

4. Place in container and chill until ready to serve

Combine all ingredients, top with fresh Parmesan and enjoy!
