Heat olive oil or butter in skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, and begin to sauté chicken
After chicken has cooked for a few minutes, add sliced zucchini to the pan and sprinkle in garlic powder. Sauté for a few more minutes until zucchini has browned a bit and chicken is mostly cooked through
Add in bag of gnocchi and quarter cup of half-and-half. Allow to simmer on medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes until sauce begins to thicken and everything is cooked through
Stir in Parmesan, season with additional salt and pepper if desired, and serve!⠀
