
Chicken Shawarma Skewers

Ingredients
1 pack Trader Joe's Shawarma Chicken Thighs
Tandoori naan (in the frozen section)
4 ounces feta
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons milk
For the whipped feta
Directions
Cut chicken into chunks and place on skewers
Place chicken skewers on the grill or in a pan and cook through until no longer pink
Whipped Feta
Blend all ingredients together in food processor until desired consistency. You may want to add a tablespoon or two more of milk depending on how thick you want it
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to serve
