Ingredients

  • 4 cups Miso Ginger broth

  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce OR half packet of sauce from the box of shu mai

  • 2 cubes garlic

  • 1 small bag shredded cabbage mix

  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions

  • 1 cup edamame

  • 1 box Chicken Shu Mai

  • Chili Onion Crunch and sesame seeds, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add broth, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce (or half sauce packet), and garlic cubes to a large pot. Bring to a boil

  2. Add coleslaw mix, scallions, edamame, and shu mai. Reduce to a simmer

  3. Cook until cabbage is tender and shu mai are hot, 5-6 minutes

  4. Serve topped with chili onion crunch, additional scallions, and sesame seeds

  5. Enjoy!
