Chili Onion Crunch Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bacon, chopped

  • 1 package shredded Brussels sprouts

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of fresh cracked pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch ⠀

Directions

  1. Dice up 2 slices of bacon and cook until crispy. Set bacon aside on paper towel to drain grease. Wipe out most of grease from skillet

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to skillet and begin to sauté the sprouts

  3. Season with salt and pepper. Cook approximately 6 to 7 minutes until sprouts begin to turn tender but are still bright green

  4. Add butter and chili onion crunch sauce to skillet. Allow butter to melt and sauce to heat through, about 2-3 minutes

  5. Top sprouts with bacon and serve! ⠀
