Ingredients

  • 3 cups Trader Joe’s Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains, Flax Seeds & Chia Seeds

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup sliced almonds

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup unsweetened flake coconut

  • ¼ cup cinnamon infused honey

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, and flake coconut.

  3. Pour in melted coconut oil and cinnamon honey, mixing until evenly coated.

  4. Spread onto a lined baking sheet in an even layer.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even crispiness.

  6. Let cool completely, then mix in dried cranberries.
