Made this tonight because I needed something fast and easy! What a bright delicious pasta dish! I added in dried/not oil packed sun dried tomatoes for the last 30 seconds the pasta boiled. It added a nice sweetness to balance out the citrus. Topped with Parmesan cheese 😍
