Creamy Lemon Basil Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • Pasta of choice

  • Pasta Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup bone broth (water or veggie broth if making it vegan)

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • 3 tbsp almond flour (or cornstarch)

  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook pasta per package instructions

  2. Blend all of the sauce ingredients, but leaving it so there are pieces of basil in the sauce

  3. Toss sauce with pasta, mix in almond flour to thicken sauce & enjoy!
