Ingredients

1 can Trader Joe’s whole artichokes hearts, drained & halved
1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Japanese style panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheesee
1 tsp garlic power
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt
pepper
optional: 1/2 tsp Trader Joe’s umami seasoning blend
Dipping sauce: Trader Joe’s herbed tahini sauce

Directions

Drain can of artichoke hearts & pat dry
Cut in half then place into a bowl
Add breadcrumbs, parmesan, & choice of seasonings
Mix well to coat the artichokes then place in greased air fryer
Lightly spray artichokes with avocado oil spray
Air fry at 400F for ~10 minutes until crispy
Serve and enjoy!
