Cuban Style Jicama Fries with Creamy Mojo Sauce

    Fries

  • 1 container of jicama sticks

  • Trader Joe's avocado oil spray

  • 1 tablespoon of Trader Joe's Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic Seasoning Blend

  • Cilantro, to garnish

  • Creamy Mojo Sauce

  • ¼ cup of Greek yogurt

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Juice of ½ orange

  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon cumin

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Directions

    Fries

    1. Preheat oven to 425

    2. In bowl, spray jicama sticks with avocado oil and cover with seasoning blend, coat well

    3. Bake for 45 minutes, until jicama sticks are crispy

    4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with creamy mojo sauce

    Creamy Mojo Sauce

    1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined
