DIY Chocolate Drizzled Strawberry Kettle Corn

Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Pour kettle corn over the baking sheet and spread out evenly

3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl (microwave in 30 seconds increments at 50% power, stirring each time until just melted)

4. After 1 minute, decrease to 15 second intervals. Be careful not to overdo it or your chocolate will burn

5. Drizzle over kettle corn. Immediately sprinkle with freeze dried strawberries and flaky sea salt

6. Refrigerate or let sit on the counter until set

7. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
