Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon (This is my favorite salmon)

  • ¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • ¼ cup of Trader Joe's Dukkah seasoning

  • Honey and lemon, to drizzle on top

  • Parsley, to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. In bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic and salt

  3. Top salmon with yogurt mixture

  4. Top yogurt mixture with Dukkah seasoning

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes

  6. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice

  7. Enjoy!
