Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken, turkey, beef, or shrimp

  • 1 bag broccoli slaw

  • 1/2 cup peas

  • 1/2 cup corn

  • 2-3 green onions, sliced

  • 2-3 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos

  • 2 eggs, scrambled

  • Salt, pepper, onion salt, sesame seeds & umami seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. In a pan, add protein and cook until not pink or raw

  2. Season protein with salt, pepper, onion salt & umami seasoning

  3. Add peas, corn, broccoli slaw, and green onions

  4. Add sesame oil & coconut aminos

  5. In a separate pan, scramble eggs and then add to big pan

  6. Let simmer for 7-10 minutes

  7. Adjust seasonings as needed

  8. Enjoy over rice, noodles, wrapped in lettuce, or on its own!
