
Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken, turkey, beef, or shrimp
1 bag broccoli slaw
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup corn
2-3 green onions, sliced
2-3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 eggs, scrambled
Salt, pepper, onion salt, sesame seeds & umami seasoning to taste
Directions
In a pan, add protein and cook until not pink or raw
Season protein with salt, pepper, onion salt & umami seasoning
Add peas, corn, broccoli slaw, and green onions
Add sesame oil & coconut aminos
In a separate pan, scramble eggs and then add to big pan
Let simmer for 7-10 minutes
Adjust seasonings as needed
Enjoy over rice, noodles, wrapped in lettuce, or on its own!
