Ingredients

  • 1 large slice sourdough bread

  • 1/3 cup whole milk ricotta cheese

  • 2-3 dashes cinnamon

  • 4 half-moon slices aprium (or stone fruit of choice)

  • 4-5 raspberries

  • 1 tbsp. chopped pistachios

  • Organic honey, for drizzling

  • Micro-greens, for garnish

Directions

  1. Toast bread

  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta with cinnamon

  3. Top toast with ricotta, aprium, raspberries, and pistachios

  4. Drizzle with honey and top with micro-greens

  5. Enjoy!
